Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
There are several types of goods that are exempt from return. Customized products cannot be returned or canceled unless there is a quality issue. Disposable products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged merchandise. If you need a replacement for the same item, please send an email to susan@szlyzn.com and ship the item to: Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.
Shipping returns
For returns, please mail the product to: Hong Kong
You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for an exchange to reach you may vary.
If you are returning a more valuable item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
